The Duke of Cleveland

The Duke of Cleveland sits on the historic Hartlepool headland, a stone’s throw from the North Sea and St Hilda’s Church.  As a restaurant, live music hub and fully licensed wedding venue, their website, social and print marketing had to reach a wide audience.

The challenge

Their previous site had been built in Squarespace and wasn’t giving them the flexibility they needed.

The solution

The Duke of Cleveland not only offers the tradidional fayre and Sunday lunches you’d expect, but they also host local bands every Friday, as well as offering rooms for functions and a full wedding package, including being ceremony licensed.

This website had to pack all of that in, providing users with all of the initial information they could need, along with clear lines of enquiry to get in touch for more.

More than just a website

Alongside the website, we have also designed a series of adverts for the local newspaper, Hartlepool Life, as well as social posts, menus and more.

We also updated their logo, with a few small tweaks that made a big difference, and supplied them with a full logo pack to cover all their needs.
